Bonneville District 93 has used Mileposts as an effective tool to aid teachers in data driven decision making to strengthen instruction through collaboration and to help students develop personal learning plans. This presentation shows how the learning process is enhanced through the combination of teacher-directed plans and student directed plans working in concert to maximize student achievement.

Rodd Rapp is a 28 year veteran of the education field. He has taught 1st, 5th, 3rd, and 7th grades and has served as a Title 1 coordinator. He currently serves as an Instructional Coach for Bonneville District 93 in Idaho Falls, Idaho. He has enjoyed a successful career and appreciates the opportunity to help students, parents, teachers, and administrators as they work in concert to improve student achievement.
